The Tinubu Engineering Mentorship Programme is a Federal Government initiative aimed at developing the next generation of Nigerian engineers and skilled artisans.
Participants will receive practical field experience on ongoing infrastructure projects while learning modern engineering and construction techniques from experienced professionals.
The programme also seeks to reduce youth unemployment and strengthen Nigeria’s infrastructure workforce.

Who Can Apply?
Graduate Engineers

- Hold a Degree or HND in:
- Civil Engineering

- Or a related engineering discipline.
- Have completed NYSC (or possess an exemption/exclusion certificate).
- Be unemployed.
- Be willing to work in any project location across Nigeria.
- Possess basic computer skills.
Skilled Artisans
Applicants must:
- Be Nigerian citizens.
- Be between 18 and 45 years old.
- Possess vocational or trade qualifications or proven work experience.
- Be unemployed.
- Be physically fit for construction work.
- Be willing to participate in training and project attachments.
