The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has announced its 2026 recruitment exercise for qualified Nigerians seeking employment in various officer, inspectorate, and marshal assistant cadres.

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) is Nigeria’s lead agency responsible for road safety administration and traffic management. As a para-military organization, the Corps is recruiting young, intelligent, and qualified Nigerians to strengthen its workforce.

1. Officer Cadre
Superintendent Route Commander (SRC) – CONPASS 11
Qualification:
- MBBS/MBBCH (Medical Doctors)
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate
Age Requirement:
- 18 to 35 years
Route Commander / Deputy Route Commander (RC/DRC) – CONPASS 10/09
Qualification:
- B.Pharm
- B.Sc Nursing
- BMLS
- LLB/BL
- B.Eng/B.Tech
Age Requirement:
- 18 to 35 years
Assistant Route Commander (ARC) – CONPASS 08
Qualification:
- B.Sc
- BA
- HND
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate
Age Requirement:
- 18 to 35 years
2. Marshal Inspectorate Cadre
Marshal Inspector II & III (MI-II & MI-III)
Qualification:
- NCE
- ND/OND
- RN/RM
- CHEW
Age Requirement:
- 18 to 30 years
3. Road Marshal Assistant Cadre
Road Marshal Assistant II & III (RMA II & III)
Qualification:
- Minimum of three (3) credits in SSCE, WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB including English Language and Mathematics.
Age Requirement:
- 18 to 30 years
Drivers, Riders and Artisans
Positions include:
- Computer Operators
- Drivers
- Mechanics
- Motorcycle Riders
- Electricians
- Instrumentalists
- Tailors
- Plumbers
- Other Skilled Trades
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) SSCE credits
- Trade Test Certificate or relevant professional certification
- Valid Driver’s Licence for Drivers and Riders
- Must be physically and mentally fit
General Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be Nigerian by birth
- Be computer literate
- Be medically fit
- Be single
- Have good character
- Be free from criminal convictions
- Use a personal email address and phone number
- Meet the required height standards:
- Male: 1.65m
- Female: 1.58m
Applicants with undeclared qualifications may not be allowed to use such qualifications for future career progression within the Corps.
